Whenever I think of Bismarck I feel so angry. I think of all
I tried to achieve in Germany by working with my husband to
make it more liberal and how Bismarck ruined my hopes and
dreams by ensuring it would never happen. By manipulating
Wilhelm and turning him against us, his own parents, he destroyed
all influence we had with him and ruined our relationship with
him.
